I have an event on my primary calendar (say it's my
Birthday), and I
want to have that event also show up on my wife's calendar,
and I want
it to show up on our extended family's calendar. Currently
I have to
copy it to each of the other two calendars, and then in the
merged view
the same event shows up 3 times.

Please allow an event to be specified as showing on multiple
calendars,
so that I don't have a bunch of copies of the same event
hanging
around.

All Praise the Google Lords!

What i've done to this problem is for example, i have a
calendar only
for birthday's, but let's say, if I want a birthday to
appear also in
my personal calendar invite my self adding my email to the
guest list.
This way I assure that the event appears in both or several
calendars
and that any changes made to the primary event, are updated
to the
others.
