Feature request: Single event into multiple calendars

Agreed: My wife and I have double entries for all of our
birthdays and
holidays. Perhaps they could do the "split"
event view the way it is
for events where you invite the other person...

Actually, this may be a solution. Create the birthday, and
then invite
the other calendars as attendees.

Thoughts?

Great suggestion, though it could be quite a bit of work as
it is a
change in structure from  calendar-centric to event-centric.
