Export "private iCal" - 1 new

I am using google apps with my own domain. I have verified
ownsership and I am
able to make calendar entries. I am trying to export and I
have followed the 
help directions. The only problem I have is that I cannot
find the "private" 
iCal link. The only iCal link I have off of the calendar
Details page is a

Google really should develop options so that a public,
multi-user calendar is 
possible. (Anyone can read events or add an event, but new
events can be 
screened/moderated by designated users. If published, you
can edit only your 
own events unless you are a moderator.) This would remove
the need for many
