My compliments if you manage to integrate this without
visiting
Google.com!

The charge-card I think you're talking about is a function
to tell
google to charge a card related to an order you have
received through
them. In other words, Google already holds an authorization
for that
card as the order has already been placed by them. To my
knowledge,
that function does not give you access to the card details,
nor does it
allow you to pass such details to Google.
