None Has anyone successfully implimented Google Checkout?

has anyone tried to set this up, yet?
I am not a programmer, but I am computer literate and I
still don't
know what the heck Google wants us to do to get this google
checkout up
and running.

I am currently using paypal to run my credit card
transactions. I run a
simple site with four products. I would love to bail on
paypal, but I
can't figure out what to do? Right now I just have add to
cart buttons
next to my items (http://thebestsau
ces.com/buynow.htm) then the
customer goes to paypal and pays.

How do I make the change. There are pages of crap to read
and learn.

Sorry but I know nothing about Google's newest
service...Checkout.
However I'm real interested in why you'd like to dump
PayPal...We've
actually been thinking of integrating PayPal with our
current payment
gateway. What don't you like about PayPal?

I am on hold with paypal right now.

my problem is their "continue shopping" button.
it never works. So once
someone click add to cart they are shipped off to paypal to
pay for the
order. they have the option to return to shop for more, BUT
THE STUPID
BUTTON NEVER WORKS. IT HASN'T WORKED FOR THE TWO YEARS I
HAVE BEEN WITH
THEM. so my customers can only buy one of my products at a
time then
return to the site and do it again.

This is not going to work for you either, at least not with
the cut &
paste ease you hope for.

If you want the patron to collect a few items in a cart and
then check
out, then you need a cart and Google checkout needs to be
integrated
with that cart.

Hey I have used PayPal for years and they have caused me a
lot of money
when they have put me on hold to do some investigation.
PayPal will put
you on hold when someone scams YOU and you are the victim,
PayPal will
put you on hold if you try to make too many refunds to
people, PayPal
like eBay sees you their customer as the enemy and the scam
artists
that take advantage of you as their friend.

I still use eBay and PayPal but if I had it all over to try
again I
would have gotten my own credit card machine, and listed all
of our
items for sale on our web page only.

I am selling a clothing line and I have tried at least 6
times to get
the site to accept different colors and sizes for each item.
 It never
save it within the Checkout.  I have re-entered my
information each and
every time and then it disapears, talk about frustrating.  I
have
emailed google twice without any response.
