Just an update:
I sent a question about the issue to Google Checkout team
yesterday
night.
Here is the answer I just got:
"Hello,
For your protection, Google may review certain orders before
passing
them
to you for processing. Some reviews may take slightly longer
as Google
performs more comprehensive analysis of the order to
minimize your
exposure to fraud risk.
Our specialists are working hard to address all orders in a
'Reviewing'
state as quickly as possible.
We appreciate your patience during this time. If you have
additional
questions, please feel free to respond to this message.
Sincerely,
The Google Checkout Team"
I guess it had nothing to do with test vs. real order, it's
just a way
Google works.
Here is the question for someone , who already use live
Checkout:
How long it takes Google to review the order?
