Really you can't download the goods until you get to the
"Charged"
stated. That can take anywhere from seconds to minutes to I
suppose
hours. You can't depend on them coming back to the site
and the credit
card being charged. That means it ought to be emailed to the
customer.
That makes it pay now download later.
