Internal error in server

I have the same problem today. So I have 2 questions
appeared:
- Why so poor error message: "Internal error in
server"? Could it be
more informative?
- How long order will be in Reviewing status? I think it
doesn't have
sense because of sanbox(not live)?

I am also experiencing the same problem (Internal error in
server)
since late last night. The state showed "New."
Plus now I'm not unable
to place another test order in Sandbox (get an "Oops,
An error occurred
while processing your request" message).
