Is the Google Checkout image required?

You are required to use the official Google Checkout button
without any
alterations or customizations. However, you may resize the
button in
three different sizes as described here:
http://checkout.google.com/seller/checkout_buttons.html

Google Checkout process should start immediately when a
buyer clicks on
the Checkout button. If this is not how you've understood
about the
Checkout process, could you explain what you mean by a
"checkout button
that immediately starts the Google checkout process"?
