First about your XML.
You have to expand your node "ITEM" and add there
following structure:
ATTRIBUTES (OPTIONS):
ATTRIBUTE (OPTION)
NAME
DESCRIPTION
PRICE
Something like this.
Let me explain.
For example you buy video card. And in store you can select
memory size
for it.
Very ofter this is set up as one product (VIDEO CARD), but
with
different options: (MEMORY SIZE).
And of course these attributes should be passed back to site
for order
history.
Now it's impossible using your XML.
So, we made a workaround.
You have merchant-private-data.
So, we pass there our own cart content including attributes
etc.
BUT.
We got another problem.
We tried to purchase several products (about 7-10).
In this case "cart" for button field is about
56kb. Your server "dies"
after we send this to checkout.google.com...
Any ideas?
