making use of the serial number

Is it possible to retrieve google notification by using the
serial-number attribute?

ie: if the serial number is
3c394432-8270-411b-9239-98c2c499f87f, can I
make a request for the xml response?

Hi,

While all the serial numbers in the XML resposnes are
unique, querying
for an XML response by the serial-number is not supported at
this time.
