I don't think that's really a policy of theirs. Do you have
a link?
Sites that sell stuff usually require a user login. Can you
name one
that doesn't? I'm not asking for their Google login, just a
login to my
site. Why would they not allow this?

You can't REQUIRE a log in before displaying the google
checkout, but
there's nothing that says you can not allow a user to login
first.

Why can't I REQUIRE a login? If google does not permit this,
then where
do they say it. Provide link or quote or SOMETHING!

Or you could click on their policies and look it up
yourself.
