ShipTo Phone

So you're asking me to violate the shipping agreement with
the shippers
by providing false information (the billing phone is not the
ship-to
phone and is many times different even for the same person. 
I.e. they
ship to their work and use their work phone number)?  If the
purchaser
provides an erroneous shipping phone, that then becomes
their issue.
But if you are capturing it and not providing it, then it is
no longer a
liability of the purchaser, but of the provider (you and I).

As providers, we're compelled to abide by all of the license
agreements
between various suppliers/consumers.  Unfortunately, the
data provided
needs to support the needs of other downstream
suppliers/consumers.

I will do this in the interim, but I think you should simply
make all of
the bill/ship information provided by the purchaser
available to the
merchant so they can use it as it's intended.

number now.
However, unfortunately, buyer's phone number of the ship to
address is
not available at this time.

In the meantime, please feel free to use the buyer's phone
number of the
billing address in place of the phone number for the
shipping address.
