Thanks for your post. You've raised a valid point.

We wouldn't want to encourage merchants to provide false
information to
the shippers; however, I think merchants can provide the
same phone
number for the shipping address as the phone number of the
billing
address if the billing address and the shipping address are
the same.

I understand your need for the shipping address phone
number; I'll let
the product team know accordingly.
