Thanks for your question.
The Common Name (CN) where the SSL certificate was issued to
must match
the domain name. Otherwise, it won't be accepted.
For example, if the Common Name the SSL cert was issued to
is
'mystore.com' but the domain name is 'myotherstore.com',
then it won't
be accepted by Google Checkout.
