What is the API callback URL?

I've integrated the Google Checkout module into my osCommerce store. A customer has successfully placed an order so I know that it works, however the order does not get posted to my osC Admin UI. Something was mentioned to me about the API callback URL setting being set incorrectly in the Google Checkout > Settings > Integration and upon checking that, I see that mine is blank. Hi, Setting up your API callback URL for your osCommerce store is explained in the README.txt file in the section titled "TRACKING USERS AND ORDERS".
