Enable Name/Value Pairs

It seems that the preferences screen no longer has an option
for 
enabling name/value pair shopping carts. Instead I have this
option to 
reject non-XML carts.

I am getting the "oops" message right now.

Any ideas?

I am not doing anything fancy, just simple HTML form.

Hi Bryan,

Yes, the option has changed a little bit.

If you're using the HTML API, you need to ensure that the
following 
option is not checked in your Merchant Center (under
Settings-
>Integration):

"[  ] For extra security, my company will only post
digitally signed 
XML shopping carts."
