The API does not write xml to a file, it POSTs it to a
callback function
which has a protocol to authenticate the application. 
Suggest you
either look at the sample code and/or read the documentation
to get an
understanding of what it does.

Robin I am doing the integration not in XML format I am
doing it in
simple sample code logic only. I have oncluded that library
to do
that. I am doing this with PHP.
