Miva integration problem...

Following instructions for Miva integration, I have run into
a runtime
error. Currently running version Miva version 4.19, which is
well
within the 4.14-4.24 range. Get the following error on
attempting to
add the module:

Runtime error in 4.19/admin.mvc  [00000026:0000024c]:
admin.mv: Line
5130: MvDO: Unable to open
'/Merchant2/4.19/google_checkout4c.mvc':
File was generated by an incompatible version of the Miva
Script
Compiler

Any help or thoughts here would be great,
