why my check out could not using now

hi
My checkout could be used before
however, it could not use recently. i have changed cart
expired time.
but it still show following erro
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01a8'
Object required: 'domResponse.documentElement'

/zazhi/GlobalAPIFunctions.asp, line 317



i use asp language. please help me solve problmes
