Could you please confirm that your API callback URL is ready
to accept
notifications sent to your server?
Your API callback URL should be able to handle incoming
notifications
such as new-order-notification,
risk-information-notification, order-
state-change-notification, etc. as explained in the
Developer's Guide
at http://code.google.com/apis/checkout/d
eveloper/index.html#notification_api
