I guess it depends on the context in which they're being
redirected to
GC.  If it's from a cart and they can edit the order items,
etc. then
they probably don't need a disclaimer because that would be
the next
logical step (payment).

However, if it's a buy-now type button I'd maybe use terms
like "Proceed
to Google Checkout for purchase" <GC Button
Here>.

No .. I don't think there is anybody out there who will
think that they 
purchased without paying .. I mean clicking the button takes
them to a 
payment page which is quite explanatory in itself.

If you add any such instruction, it might just backfire.. as
one would tend 
to think..."hmm .. is this a scam.. am I agreeing to
something i don't 
want"...
