buy now buttons dont configure sales tax or shipping ???????

I dont have a shopping cart I am using the google buy now
buttons and
doing everything on an individual basis.  (Loads of work)
but the one
thing I noticed is that I cannot configure the state sales
tax
percentage or shipping ... is that something in the works?
