two new-order-notifications

I seem to get back two new order notifications every once in
a while.
Is this a known issue?

Hi,

When you receive duplicate new order notification messages,
could you
check your Integration Issues table and see what error has
occurred?

Please note that the notifications must be acknowledged with
HTTP 200
with <notification-acknowledgment>:
