Thread: SSL Handshake Exception

SSL Handshake Exception

I'm getting an error message for an SSL Handshake Exception
in the
sandbox. More specifically, "unable to find valid
certification path
to requested target"

I have read some of the other related posts, and I have
checked my SSL
certificate path hierarchy for this site. It is:

UTN - USERFirst-Hardware
   COMODO Certification Authority
      EssentialSSL CA
         easykanji.com

All these certs show OK in my browser, and I get a lock.

Is the problem with sandbox that it won't work with the
first (UTN)
entry? If so, How can I fix this?

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Paul

Hi Paul,

Take a look at this FAQ: http://checkout.google.com/support/sell/bin/an
swer.py?answer=59779

Please note that in certain cases, you may still experience
errors
even though the hierarchy appears correct. These errors
occur because,
for certain certificate configurations, your browser
automatically
fills in missing certificates in the chain.

Hope this helps,

Thanks,
Jacob
