I design Web sites, and know a passable amount of HTML and
form
design, but not a great deal of PHP, ASP, JavaScript, etc.
I can set
up sites on a Windows or Linux server and get scripts into
directories, accomplish well-guided modifications to
existing scripts,
do basic testing, etc. I have a photographer client who
would like to
accept credit cards from customers who walk in to his
business office;
not necessarily only on his Web site. He's using a
card-swipe machine
now, with a merchant account, but he'd like to try Google
Checkout.
His office manager is willing to have something like a form
on her
computer, on which she could enter the customer's card
details, or a
swipe-style terminal integrated with Google Checkout. Is
there a
reasonably simple way to accomplish this? Note: I posted
this in the
Merchant's Forum also.
