Download transactions?

I am looking at integrating Google Checkout with a 3rd party
inventory
management and invoicing application (as opposed to a
website). We
want to have the users of our software who use a Google
Checkout
enabled shopping cart to be able to download their web
transactions
into our software.

Are there API's for downloading Google Checkout transactions
(either
one at a time, or in a batch file) in a computer-processable
format?
I'd like to either:

1) Send a date range or transaction number range (if such a
thing
exists), and get back a computer-processable file(s) (CSV,
DBF, etc.)
with the detailas of all transactions in that range.

or

2) Send a date range or transaction number range (if such a
thing
exists), and get back a list of transactions in that range,
that I
could then query one at a time from Google Checkout to get
the
details.

Are either of these possible with Google Checkout's API's?

-Joe
