Is it possible to integrate Google Checkout to allow users to pay

How can I set up google checkout to allow users on an
auction website
to allow to pay each other?  Sort of like paypal for ebay. 
Any
suggestions?

The person who is selling, can also send the buyer a email
invoice/
request for payment.
