international Shipping with HTML API

Hello,

I have set up an order form using html API. Two of my
shipping options
are international. However, a Canadian customer says that
she received
a message saying shipping to Canada is not allowed.

I can see from looking on this discussion that the option is
available
with an XML API.
Is there a way to implement it with html AP?. That is, can I
pass the
same information through a hidden field or hidden fields in
the posted
form?
