Hello,

I know how to parse the risk-information-notification and I
have setup
my 11 credit card cases. From:
http://code.google.com/apis/chec
kout/developer/index.html#credit_card_test_cases

Apart from the 'Authorization Successful' and
'Authorization
Declined', what is the standard approach to dealing with any
of the
other test cases to do with AVS and CCV? What notifications
need to be
sent out if I would like googlecheckout to ask for the
details again
or if I want to cancel the order altogether?

I don't want to charge a credit card if there is a chance
it's being
misused or used in a fraudulent manner.

Fabricio

Hi,

Google Checkout will automatically request new information
if the
credit card authorization failed. There's currently no XML
request
you can send that will ask the customer to input new
purchasing
information. In regards with the AVS and CVN, AVS is used
for address
verification CVN is used for credit card verification. AVS
has
several possibilities such as full match, zip match, address
match, no
match, and unsupported. As for CVN the possible values are
match, no
match, unavailable, and error. Typically fraudulent
transactions are
caught by Google Checkout systems, however for any orders
that get
past, it's up to the merchant's discretion to look at the
AVS and CVN
information. To cancel an order if it hasn't been charged,
you can
use the cancel-order XML request or cancel it in the
Merchant center.

More information about the cancel order request can be found
at:

http://code.google.com/apis/checko
ut/developer/index.html#cancel_order_example

Please remember that Google Checkout does provide a Payment
Guarantee
policy for all orders that are eligible.
