Google Checkout Form & Buttons.

I have a prebuilt website that has following credit card
processing
links:
<td align=left><A
Href="YourOrderLink.htm><IMG
src=bluebutton.gif"width="257"
height="42"
border+"0"></a><td>
I am supposed to substitute the above link with Google
Checkout Form
and Button and the only logical construction I could make
was:
<td align=left><A HREF="https://
checkout.google.com/cws/v2/Merchant/
(My ID Number/checkoutForm"><IMG src="https://checkoutgoogle.co
m/
buttons/checkout.gif?merchant_id= (My ID
Number)&w=180&h=46&style=white&variant=text&
amp;loc=en_US></a><td>
This is the only construction that would at least display a
blank
rectangle with a red X markon the center. When the blank
rectangle was
clicked I got a message from Google Check Out :"oops,
we were unable
to process your order".

How should I construct Google Check Out links under this
situation
using my Frantpage Web site designer.
