Google Checkout in Sandbox mode but received real live order

I have my Google Checkout configured to sandbox but somebody
made a
real live order from my web site while I was testing. I went
on to the
sandbox site and charged the order. Is this a real order and
will I
receive the money or does the order need to be resubmitted
in the
production environment? I need an answer asap because the
customer
will expect shipment if he is being charged for the product.
If the
customer was in fact charged then how do I get the money?

if the order was placed in the sandbox it won't be charged.
also, it probably means the customer created a google account in the sandbox so it won't be able to use it for google checkout purchases in production accounts, so you should let him know.

you may want to create a clone of your site for testing so no-one else but you can access it, place orders, etc.

cheers,
