Submitting client data directly to create Google account form

Is there a way or will be the way to submit by POST or GET
or COOKIE
method a data for create account form?
Our website is getting such data for all users no matter
what payment
system we are using. But how to send this data to google to
help user
and not make him input the same data twice?

Ad,

This feature will not be available. The entire point of
having a
Google account is that a person does not have to give that
type of
secure information to a 3rd party site.
