Google Donation Button Not Showing Up In IE

The button shows up in Firefox perfectly but not in IE.  IE
is somehow
actually changing the code and it is not correct and I
cannot figure
this out.

Two things I can see in the source (in firefox)
The url for the button is there twice
The second cart has fields called cart2 and signature2
I would expect problems with both those

When I again checked the code <form>...</form> I
noticed it did not
paste in correctly.  I repasted and it works great. thank
you alot!
