Google Check Out, Not Google Shopping cart

I have to pay for the shopping cart from other provider .
why dont Google has one ?
Google helps on single item "check out", but it
hasnt a complete
solution for shopping cart. It just asked to integrate with
shopping
cart provider .
i think google may consider to give us shopping cart for
"google
check out"

otherwise there are free open source full-fledged ecommerce
sites
which you can install in your server and provide shopping
carts, such
as zen-cart, oscommerce, etc.
