Cart data is managed via API CALLS. A merchant like yourself
needs to
implement the
Google API, its the founder for the payment process to start
with a
button and end
after process begins to collectthe funds and sets up the
accounting
process. If your
working in the sandbox you need set it for a fictious
customer and
item to add to
a cart to then take a look at the code and see for yourself
what all
happens.
