Leif, As Gmail already uses in the label search syntax, the
pipe ( | ) and the
minus ( - ), I thought an extensesion following these lines
would be better
than using the Boolean operators like in C[++]/JavaScript.
The &, | and - now
look more like the binary operators. I don't think one
should use both ! and |
as these may look too similar at a glance, - Wed, Aug 1 2007

Leif - how would you use a div for this? I know how to use a
table, with
padding and border thicknesses, but don't know where I'd
start with a div to
do this - could you share a code fragment? - Wed, Aug 1 2007

Is there a Booklet Mode? - 2 new
--------------------------------
I've been sent a word document which is a booklet form i.e
Landscape Pages 4
and 1 then pages 2 and 3 so you can print double sided fold
down th middle to
make a simple booklet. When I open it in google docs it
loses all the booklet
formatting and ends up as 1 continuous document. Can it open
up as it does in
word or Open office and retain the format? - Wed, Aug 1 2007

sharing multiple documents - 2 new

Hi there, I've seen a couple of messages asking for the
feature to be able to
invite collaborators to multiple documents. Any idea when
this would be
implemented yet? Kate - Wed, Aug 1 2007 10:04 am

date format and auto complete? - 2 new
--------------------------------------
I was trying to enter dates without years at the end, but
spreadsheets
automatically add 2007 to the end of each date. For example:
I wanted to enter
"5/4" but spreadsheet automatically changed that
to "5/4/2007". Is there
anyway to turn this feature off? Thanks! - Wed, Aug 1 2007

Standardization - 1 new
-----------------------
Please consider using a standardized
menu/sub-menu/functionality in all Google
products. Also, please group them in one place. For instance
in Gmail the "
Reply" button is in a different place than the command
buttons on top of the
email viewing portion! At least put a button on the top
which does the same
function. It just does not make - Wed, Aug 1 2007 12:23 pm

spreadsheet loading issue: ss won't open - 2 new
------------------------------------------------
We are using one of the spreadsheets on google docs that is
fairly large. 10
or so tabs with 200 or so rows on each tab. We've been using
the spreadsheet
for almost a year now. It stopped working today and gives us
the "We're sorry,
a server error occured. Please wait a bit and try
again." Other spreadsheets
that I am a collaborator on are still accessible. - Wed, Aug
