Has anyone tried using the new network link stuff to
reference LODs in
KMZ files. I built an LOD structure using Ground Overlays to
display
hi-res data using lots of nested 256x256 texture maps. It
works
perfectly when the network links reference kml files, but
once I change
the network links to kmz files containing the kml and
texture map for
each LOD, I get problems. It works for a bit and then Google
Earth
starts deleting the network kmz files.
This looks like a potential bug in how Google Earth handles
network
links. Has anyone else had a similar problem?
