I am getting 500 Server Error (SERVER_RESPONSE_RESET)

I am integrating google map component in my site which is in
joomla.

I have followed all steps of the installation instruction
and
installation was successful. However I am not able to add
google map
markers on my map.

I am following the step below to add a place:
Component > Google Maps > Manage Google Map Markers
> New

As soon as I save my form with data for new place it gives
following
error.

Server Error
The following error occurred:
[code=SERVER_RESPONSE_RESET] The server response could not
be read
because of an error. Contact your system administrator.
Please contact the administrator.
