I've created a PHP script to generate KML files for me on a
web site.
I have a few questions: First, in the HTML, is there a way
to make the
link to the KML file such that it will NOT simply open as
text in a
browser window? Ideally, I'd like it to open straight away
in Google
Earth. Failing that, I'd at least like it to go to a
download prompt.
I know that people can right click and select "save
target as", but
inexperienced people seem to have trouble with this concept.

Second, how does one make a KMZ from KML? Is there a way to
do it on
my web server via PHP?
