New utility for creating KML overlays

I've just added a feature to GPS Visualizer that can create
KML
overlays for you to use in Google Earth.

Why?  Because sometimes the USGS 1m aerial photography,
which covers
the entire U.S., is higher resolution than Google Earth's
satellite
imagery, especially in non-urban areas.  And because
sometimes you'd
like to be able to see a topographic map rendered in 3-D. 
Canadian
maps (from NRCan) are available too.

Please give it a try and let me know if you run into any

(Hopefully TerraSever, which serves up the USGS aerial and
topo maps,
won't go down again like it did for most of Tuesday and
Wednesday.)
