viewing descriptions during a tour

There are new KML tags related to time: <TimeSpan> and
<TimeStamp>.

The latest version of Google Earth has a slidebar that let's
you
display the time-related progress of the referenced KML
file.  Try
modifying the KML file to have the balloons pop up at a
later time in
the tour.
