Hi Rudi,
You can create multigeometries (associating each linestring
with one
point) and use the interactive properties of the point.
The key working around this is to provide a point feature as
part of
every line.

PD: I supose you know that a user can obtain the description
of a line
or poligon in the GE window by means of CTRL+Mouse click.
