Hi, anyone ever get a custom location for the Cache to
work???
Latest google earth 1/8/2006,
ATI radeon 7000 driver 8.203.0.0,
ATI Radeon 9250 driver 8.203.0.0
Win XP Pro Service Pack 2
Windows installed on C:
Google Earth installed on E: (raid 0)
Google Earth Cache installed on Z: (raid 0)
-all in the same computer
I did the custom install and selected a location for the
cache, but
google wont use the custom cache location.
Jan 8 2006 -uninstall again, maybe in a year or two google
will fix
whatever bugs exist.
2005
I tried google earth last year and liked it, but it wouldnt
cache in
the location I specified, it refused. I manually edited the
registry
and still would not use what I specified.
I uninstalled.
2006
New ATI 9250 radeon card (pci) and drivers for the the
existing Radeon
7000 (agp).
New version of Google Earth.
