How to Know Google Earth View is Stop Programming?

I can use Google Earth API to Load Kml File,But if i want to
Load 3
KML File sequential , i must know if GE is Load KML
Completely, then
Load Another KML File. Now I use Fixed Time to wait,then
Load Next KML
File, Could Any One help me?
