Mod showing up blank...

My mod (http://b
lewett.googlepages.com/lawmawd2L.xml) comes up blank on
my page and I get the done-but-with-errrors-on-page icon in
the status
bar...

My UserPrefs area loads fine, but none of my other stuff
will
display... I admit I'm not great w/ javascript and suspect
that I have
some syntax problems somewhere.

If anyone could look over my script and see if they see
anything that
would be causing this to happen I would be VERY grateful.
