Thanks for your reply.

In fact, I will need just the XML from the Gadget - I will
be writing
my own API to decode and display them based on the XML's
content.

I was also hoping someone from Google would tell me yay or
nay, instead
of getting legal counsel - who can always be proven wrong at
a later
date, by someone like Google the best legal brains on their
team.

So, might as well ask for permission rather than ask for
forgiveness
