No Tabs on Google/IG for New Zealand

Hi There,

I use http://www.google.co.nz/ig
 for my personal page, due to that i
can search locally to new zealand, but the new tabs feature
(which is
nice) doesnt show up on http://www.google.co.nz/ig
, only
http://www.google.com/ig

When can this feature expect to be transferred to the new
zealand
version
