Subject: I cannot submit a gadget Failure parsing..
Date: Tue, 17 Oct 2006 15:13:00 -0700

Hi,
My xml file http://www.anuntu
.ro/picogadget.xml initially was UTF-8
encoded on HDD and it didn't work.. Then I've made it
CodePage 1250 on
the HDD and is not parsing it..

So maybe I've made some mistakes with those definitions
inside the
xml..? That's why I copyed almost entirely somebody elses
xml file (I
changed only the URLs) and still not working/accepting the
script..

I have copyed even the way the other website is generating
the
content.. -- still
not working

My pictures are .png and have the perfect size:
thumbnail="http://www.an
untu.ro/picologo.png" 120/60px
screenshot="http://www.a
nuntu.ro/picoindex.png" 280/170px

and still not working..

Some German RSS checking script said: 'Feeds should not be
served with
the "text/html" media type'

Well my content is pure html : http://www.anuntu
.ro/picoindex.html
BUT EXACTLY THE SAME has the other one X .. I've copyed
(BECAUSE I was
desperate and I didn't know what to do more.. in order to
add the
widget.. ; initially it was completly different..)
So where is the problem? Please!

I'm talking to myself .. !

Or it is related to the server side routing mechanism by
HOST HEADER
NAME who force you to use, for example http://www.HostHeaderNa
me.com
and NOT by it's IP, like http://86.86.86.86 ?
Somebody had the same.. and he experienced problems
submitting from a
multi-host-header-name-server and when he used another
server with an
IP=1domain it worked.. In this case the google-gadget
grabber is
guilty..
