A solution to externally referenced javscript caching woes

Just like to add that if you cannot impliment this solution
(something
like on shared web host), I highly recommend installing

Pederick's Web Developer Extension:

He has multiple versions for different browsers, and I
don't know what
i'd do without it.

Cool.  Though, IMO, if you're shared web hosting company
won't let you
use basic functionality like .htaccess files or mod_expires
(it's part
of the default Apache build!), you should find another one
because
your current one doesn't deserve your money.
